My brother is traveling from Denver to Bishop Ca. next April. What is the best or cheapest way to travel.?

When going to small towns, you have two choices: fly to the nearest large city and rent a car or take a bus. Even Greyhound doesn't go to Bishop CA so either fly or take the Greyhound Bus to Reno and then rent a car to drive to Bishop.
