How can I travel from Boulder to Denver without a private vehicle?
I am travelling to Boulder on a conference this week, but I would like to visit Denver. What is the best way to go to Denver without my own car? Would a cab be too expensive? Can I take a bus?

There are commuter buses that go back and forth between Boulder and Denver regularly. Try www.rtd-denver.com for schedules and fares.

Before my sister drove she took the cab or bus when she travelled from Boulder to the Denver airport. It's not too expensive I dont think. She has a car now. It's not a bad drive. Just about 45 minutes and it's pretty much a straight road down. You can see Denver from the top of Flagstaff Point in Boulder anyway. It's not far.

There are buses all over Boulder and an intra-city bus that runs from downtown Boulder to downtown Denver. A cab would be outrageous. http://www.rtd-denver.com/
