What's the best way to travel from Denver to San Francisco?
Traveling after Christmas holiday. What do you think would be best? Bus? Train? Plane? Other? Creativity is welcome! =)

A plane is best; chances are time will be invaluable.

I'd personally take a plane although it'll be expensive at that time. If you have the time, then I'd say train. But there is no way I'd be in a car or bus going through the mountains with all those twists and turns and blizzards and ice. I hear horror stories about driving through Donner Pass.

You just missed the sale for $60 one-way, you can drive or share the ride with others from craigslist.org

definitely fly. It depends on your exact dates but a lot of times flying is the cheapest. Check Frontier and Southwest, they have the best prices typically. I've found RT flights for less than $150 lots of times. Bus takes forever, and is usually the same or more than flying, and everytime I've checked train costs its even more than flying.
